Our apartment is located on the top floors of a building at the Old Quarter and at the center of Food & Shopping streets. The lower floors are belonging to a Beauty & Spa Center.

Living here, you can easily feel and enjoy the daily life of Hanoian. You can walk to the traditional food corners, 24-hours coffee shops, mini bars and nice restaurants.

Our apartment is on the 9th floor of a building. It has a very nice city view from the living room and kitchen.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full furnished and equipped.

The building has an elevator.You will have to walk from first floor to second floor to use the elevator. The guard of the building can not speak English but he is friendly and helpful.

Space:

There is a Beauty & Spa Center (Pamas) at the first floor.

You will have to walk from first floor to the second floor to use the elevator to go to the 8 floor, then walk to the top floor - 9th floor. There is only our apartment on the top floor.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with full utensils.

We have 1 bunk bed for 2 people in the living room. That means you can sleep here and see the city from the bed.

Our place can accommodate maximum 6 people.

Our window is surround the living room and kitchen so there is full of light in our apartment.

Lưu ý về căn hộ

- Lower the sound & noise volume after 22:00 pm

- Kindly always lock the main door of the room/appartment every time you go in and out

- Keep the utensil arrangement and clean the common places after using them (the living room, the kitchen & shared bathrooms)

- Feel free to use the T.V (if the room has a TV), but please turn them off when you done using it and keep it low volume if you are watching it late at night.

- Kindly turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.

- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.

- Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.

- Not suitable for pets
