City view studio is located on the top floors of a building at the Old Quarter and at the center of Food & Shopping streets. The lower floors are belonging to a Beauty & Spa Center.

Living here, you can easily feel and enjoy the daily life of Hanoian.It is easy to walk from here to the traditional food corners, 24-hours coffee shops, mini bars and nice restaurants.

We have studios on 6th and 7th floors of the building. They have very nice city view from the windows.

The studio is full furnished and equipped, suitable for both short and long term staying.

The building has an elevator.You will have to walk from first floor to second floor to use the elevator. The guard of the building can not speak English but he is friendly and helpful.

Space:

There is a Beauty & Spa Center (Pamas) at the first floor.

You will have to walk from first floor to the second floor to use the elevator to go to the 6th and 7th floors. There are four studios and four double bedrooms on the 6th and 7th floors. Please contact us to know which studio is available for booking.

The studio is large and has an attached bathroom and a kitchen with full utensils.

We can arrange an extra bed or an air bed in the studio.

Our place can accommodate maximum 3 people.

- Lower the sound & noise volume after 22:00 pm

- Kindly always lock the main door of the room/appartment every time you go in and out

- Keep the utensil arrangement and clean the common places after using them (the living room, the kitchen & shared bathrooms)

- Feel free to use the T.V (if the room has a TV), but please turn them off when you done using it and keep it low volume if you are watching it late at night.

- Kindly turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.

- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.

- Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.

- Not suitable for pets
