Chloe&Leo - The Luxurious Shared House has been renovated from a historical house once belonging to a Vietnamese architect. The house itself was first built up 30 years ago in French style, which seems very common to other buildings in central Hanoi. However, time & people changed everything. Now what they try to maintain are those visible to tourists. Those hid deep inside the small alleys, which Hanoi is famous for, are left with old, filthy houses in a messy architecture design.

Our newly bought house - in a small alley next to Trang Tien's Iconic Ice Cream Shop - is one of those. Despite it was originally constructed by a French-inspired architect, it had been through up&down, sold & bought by many owners, and ended up with inconsistent design borrowed from Easten to Westen Culture. It led to a point that we decided to renovate this well located 4-floor building into a beautiful house with a near luxurious French - British style, equipping it with the contemporary facilities that ensure every guest's comfort & experience when staying in this house.
