The space

Private and peaceful. The studio is located on level 2 with elevator access. A few steps leading you up to your own haven with green balcony, big windows, wooden floor and full facilities in all the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The room can also occupied more than 2, so ask me if you need extra beds, for 10 $ each.

The house is also home to a stationery design company and an artist's studio on the ground floor, so you will have the chance to meet many like-minded people if you love art!

Home-stay Notes for your pleasant stay! ☺

1.HOME COMFORTS:

a. Arriving:

- Find your complimentary drinks and snacks on the table.

- We provide bed linen and one small and one big towel per person.

b. Facilities:

- Laundry area: washing machine and dryer are accessible on level 4. Each time used is 20,000 vnd.

- Internet: Enjoy free wifi anywhere in the house.

c. Privacy and Cleanliness:

- During your stay we will not enter your room unless you need help or in case of emergency.

- Put your trash bag in front of the room, we will collect it for you.

2.TIMING & SECURITY:

- Check in: 14:00 / Check out: 12:00 (noon). Please inform us if you arrive or depart soon or later than this time.

- The entire room is yours, that means you don't have to share it with anyone who is not stated in your booking.

- The house is guarded 24 hours. Your access is free anytime. If you have a friend visiting you, please inform us and register for your guest. We require ID registration of all guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the premise.

- Violative and illegal activities are prohibited. We have the right to refuse the access of potential risks for all guests safety.
