The space

The room is located on level 2 with elevator access. A cosy room with windows, wooden floor and full facilities. Big and private bathroom. A mini kitchen and common area are shared for 3 rooms on level 2. Free access to laundry area and rooftop garden on level 4. The house is also home to a stationery design company and an artist's studio on the ground floor, so you will have the chance to meet many like-minded people if you love art!

Home-stay Notes for your pleasant stay! ☺

1.HOME COMFORTS:

a. Arriving:

- Find your complimentary drinks and snacks on the table.

- We provide bed linen and one small and one big towel per person.

b. Facilities:

- Kitchen: lovely kitchen and common area are shared for 3 rooms on level 1. Feel free to use it as you need to, and make sure to keep it clean and put back in order after used.

- Laundry area: washing machine and dryer are accessible on level 4. Each time used is 20,000 vnd.

- Internet: Enjoy free wifi anywhere in the house.

c. Privacy and Cleanliness:

- During your stay we will not enter your room unless you need help or in case of emergency.

- Put your trash bag in front of the room, we will collect it for you.

2.TIMING & SECURITY:

- Check in: 14:00 / Check out: 12:00 (noon). Please inform us if you arrive or depart soon or later than this time.

- The entire room is yours, that means you don't have to share it with anyone who is not stated in your booking.

- The house is guarded 24 hours. Your access is free anytime. If you have a friend visiting you, please inform us and register for your guest. We require ID registration of all guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the premise.

- Violative and illegal activities are prohibited. We have the right to refuse the access of potential risks for all guests safety.
