Located in one of the most tranquil streets-1A Le Phung Hieu Street in Hanoi, Coz&Comf Home is one of few units out there that can bring you the sense of calmness that seems hard to come by nowadays in Hanoi and yet only a couple of minutes away from the excitement of urban life of the city.

The room is on the 4th floor and has been newly renovated with Scandinavian themed interior in a building that was built a long time ago. You will be surrounded by our friendly neighborhood who have been living in this area for as long as one can remember so you do get to experience what is really like to live amongst local Hanoians.

Additionally, you can literally walk to almost every famous spot like our dazzling Hoan Kiem Lake or our renowned Hanoi Opera House just to name a few. There is a convenient store just 5 mins away which can get you anything you need to make sure you’re mentally and physically ready to explore the city. Or if you’re a foodie then make sure you check those restaurants and coffee shops just a couple of minutes walking from the place.

- 2 mins walk to a Bus station which offer two-way trips from and to Noi Bai Airport.

- 2 mins walk to Hanoi Opera House

- 3 mins walk to Vietnam National Museum of History 216 Tran Quang Khai

- 5 mins walk to a convenient store – Circle K

- 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake – the Heart of Hanoi

- 10 mins walk to Hanoi Old quarter

You have full access to the whole place and all the facilities. This is a self check-in/out flat. A house guide with details will be sent to you at least 2 days before your arrival. We also provide you with a small book guide on Hanoi just to give you an extra help in familiarising yourself with the city.

Lưu ý về căn hộ

- As previously mention, the apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building. Since the building was built quite a long ago so I am afraid there is no elevator. The stairs are fairly flat which should not cause you any troubles. Also, there is space on the outside of the building where you can leave your motorbike or bicycle but for the peace of your mind especially when you leave your bike unattended for a long time, its best if you could park your bike at the parking lot just a couple of minutes away. I'll show you once you've arrived.

- Please let me know when you will arrive in Hanoi beforehand so we can perfectly plan your trip and show you the way to our flat.

- Since the flat is in a quiet local neighborhood, I am afraid no party is allowed and please try to reduce the noise in the late and early hours, between 23:00 and 7:00.

- We can recommend you a travel agent which we received positive feedback from our previous guests. As you are our guest, they’ll be happy to offer you a discount.
