1. We accept only booking through guests with verified ID;

2. Upon arrival, we give you a key of the apartment and a key of your room, but please read the house rules and respect that this is our apartment and not a hotel;

3. Access to the Scenic Valley compound is restricted to residents only; we give you a residence card for during your stay;

4. Read the itinerary (only visible after booking); we explain which transport mode you can choose to come to the apartment, and how much it will cost you;

5. We need to be at home when you arrive. So, it’s better if we can be in contact when you are on your way; it is convenient if we can get in touch immediately after you arrive in Saigon and before you check-in. We can use several applications: Whats..., Viber, Tango, Airbnb email, G-mail; my contact number and email address will be visible after booking.

We provide a bedroom with detached bathroom in our apartment, located north of District 7 in Saigon (HCMC). I live here; we share the living room and the kitchen, but your bedroom and bathroom are your private space. My wife and our baby live in another town, but often stay here too.

The bedroom is bright, fully furnished and air-conditioned, with double bed, cupboard, chair, bench, a parquet floor. The balcony view to the pool and play groound.

We live in this apartment, so you can always meet us. However, we work and travel often... so we are sometimes absent, but we are always reachable.

We love to socialize with our guests, but will give you all the private space you need.

We can give you a lot of guidance about the whereabouts of most places, the city and the country, both as tourists and for business.
