With 53 sq.m, our space is very comfortable for a couple or a small family with two kids. It is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your precious stay with us (please refer to our list of amenities).

In addition, you will have your own kitchenette for making your home-made delicious meals, and of course, plus an en-suite bathroom that is perfect for a warm shower after a long fun day.

We can also make an arrangement for small children with a highchair upon requested, with no extra charge.

Please noted that there is plenty of parking spaces in the building but it is not free so let us know in advance if you need a parking as we might need to arrange one for you with an extra charge.

The apartment is located at Block A of the building. To access to the apt and to use the elevators, guests will need the key card.

We respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you might need or ask or even to just hang out and have a quick tour around the area.

We also provide free airport pick up if you stay more than 2 days with us. Just let us know your itinerary in advance!

o Please do not make big noises after 11 p.m

o No prostitute and/or drug usage

o The apt. can only accommodate comfortably maximum 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children

o The 4th guest will be charged an additional fee.

o Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. But please feel free to do it outside at the balcony as we already prepare comfort seats, table and an ash tray for you.

o Please keep your shoes at the shoes rack and use our provided slippers.

o Please turn off the ACs, lights, and water heater before leaving the apt.
