Why staying with us?

Location : located in the building 70m wide, has COMMUNAL KITCHEN and some rooms adds private kitchen. It is center of Hanoi and near a lot of famous places such as Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Hoan Kiem Lake, Temple Literature, Old Quarter and so on.

Decoration :

The room decorated with orange color is dominant with the green trees and colorful picture in the room to create a cool space. All items in the room are arranged tidily and clean.

Although we don't provide room service like hotels, our team still make sure to refresh your room and change your towels every 03 days, so it's like living in a high-end hotel for a fraction of the price and feel right at home.

There are Washing machine and Dryer on the first floor of the house. You will be using them for free.

Other things to note: CLEAN-UP : Cleaning will be done before and after you stay, we appreciate your best efforts to keep things as tidy as you found them when you arrive.

We expect out guests to abide by the following :

. Washing up of the used dishes

. The litter bins shall be emptied

. The fridge shall be emptied

. All food, beverages, and garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the baggage collection room located outside of the apartment

Extra cleaning service is available upon prior request ( 250 000 VND/ one hour cleaning)

Copy of guest's ID card or passport/ visa copy is to be provided upon check-in for administrative registration with the authority
