CLEAN and COMFORTis 2 things we care about most

The house is very cozy, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath rooms, 1 common space, 1 kitchen, 1 reading or working space.

EACH BEDROOM has:

1. One double bed

2. Closet and hangers

3. Wifi with highspeed internet

5. Air conditioner

6. Iron & Ironing board can be found inside the closet in the 1st room

7. Hair dryer can be found inside the closet too

KITCHEN

1. Electric stove works perfectly, you can read the introduction how to use this on the paper inside file I put on the table.

2. All necessary utensils for cooking, eating, and drinking

3. Fridge

4. First aid kit above the fridge

5. Electric kettle to have hot watter

6. Rice cooker

7. You can find coffee powder, tea, sugar, salt and some snack on the Kitchen Cabinet.

BATHROOM

1. Towels are free to use.

2. Full stock of toilet paper

3. Shampoo and Body soap included

LIVING ROOM

1. TV

2. Comfortable sofa

WORKING SPACE

1. Work desk+chair

2. Bookshelf

Note:

- My house is very easy to find. Just show the address for your driver, he will drive you directly to my home or you can text this address on search bar of Google map then walking .

- The voltage in Vietnam is 220V in every socket. So if you need to use 110V equipments, let check in the cabinet of each room, there are some mini adapters changing from 220V to 110V inside.

- There are some tree inside the house could you please keep the house green by helping us to water the plants in the morning ( before 11am) or afternoon (after 4pm).

- LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Washing machine on the left hand side in the second floor. AIR DRYER mode after washing. You can hang up the laundry after washing on the designated space.

- NO MOSQUITOS in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitos from the gardens and surrounding green areas. They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don’t forget to CLOSE the doors/windows carefully when you go out to prevent mosquitos coming into the bedrooms.

Myself as a friendly and kind host, I will help you with every information and resources that I have just to make you happy. I will be responding to your messages on any channel Airbnb, Viber... within minute. I will be answering every single of guests question even they are about to stay, staying or already left.

1. BEFORE ARRIVAL: I will communicate you with all details to help you check-in smoothly.

2. ARRIVAL: I can arrange our driver to pick you up on your arrival and bring you straight to the door’s steps! I highly recommend you to use the private pickup service because scams happen very often at the airport. Please send me your flight details if you would like to take this service.

( if you stay at my house 3 nights, the pick up and drop off service will be FREE with my guest)

3. DURING YOUR STAY: Iwill take care of everything during your stay and even help you arrange your trip in Danang and surrounding areas (Hoi An UNESCO ancient town, Ba Na Hills, Hue city, Cu Lao Cham Island,..).
