- We are doing check-in at 3pm and check out at 12pm. However we are trying to be flexible. So please inform us the time you are coming. If you check-in not in the appointment time. There will be need some inconvenience for you some wait or some change the way to get the key. Please kindly understand. If it's too late it might be have some extra fee for key delivery service about 250k VND.

- Kindly note that as per the law in Vietnam all staying guests will need to provide a copy of their passports to us so we can register your stay with the local authorities. This prerequisite is not dissimilar to that found when checking into a hotel.

- Guest access cards need to give back on check out. Any lost cards will incur a fee of 250K VND per card payable to our hosts upon check out.

- Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Should you need to, do so only outside building.
