I believe that the location is the first concern of all travelers while you are having to make your final decision for an accommodation of your vacation. That's why I offer you Vinhomes Central Park. Even though it is hidden from the noise of the never-sleep city, it takes you only 5 minutes driving to Central Post Office, 7 minutes driving to Notre Dame Cathedral, 10 minutes driving to Bitexco - the icon of Saigon, and only 15 minutes driving to Bui Vien - The street of tourists with many many many bar - pub - night club for chilling out. Moreover, with only 5 minutes driving, you could find the finest and romantic riverside restaurants in District 2 which is known as the district of foreigner.

Your second concern must be the convenience of the accommodation so I can assure you of it due to the bellow elements:

- The apartment's layout includes in 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom; a living room with a comfortable sofa set and a 51 inch internet tivi; a spacious full-equipped kitchen and a large dinning table enough for four adults.

- In the bedroom, I set up 2 pillows, 1 big size duvet in king size bed, 2 bath towels and a clothe cabinet large enough for your one-month luggage.

- Shampoo, Body soap; hand washer and paper rolls are always full up in each bathroom which is white and bright all the time.

- Please let me know if you are still in need of anything else for your kitchen after you check the list of kitchenette bellow:

• If you check out after 18:00, I will send you the check-in instruction so that you could self check in;
• No Party allowed;

• No Smoking allowed;
• As you are staying among local residences, please kindly reduce noise in the night time. Moreover, Vietnamese has habit on taking a nap so please don't make so noise from 12:00 noon until 14:00.
